One Day Workshop:

9 Days to Heaven how to make everlasting meaning of your life.

If you ever feel that something is missing in your life and your goal is not heaven you can be sure that that something is God.

This workshop builds on the book. Through simple practical ways it expands the concept that only by putting God at the centre of your daily life can you fully LIVE each day as opposed to merely existing.

In it we explore ways in to continue following the path of Love to heaven through the practise of unconditional love in all aspects of your life. Starting with loving yourself in the way that you, as a wonderful uniquely talented person, truly deserve.

All you need to attend this workshop is an open mind and the desire to free yourself from fear and confusion - permanently!

The workshop is really fun to do! You will leave it feeling energised and filled with even more confidence in yourself and your abilities.

26th February 2010

CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY:

Try to be grateful for the gift of life!

Today really is a gift even though you may be worried about things and cannot feel that.

Stop...take a deep breath...and say to yourself: "This is the first day of the rest of my life! I am happy just to be alive!"

If you want to share some feelings on this subject please… Contact me.

Did you have a lovely time today?

26th February 2010

Did you have a lovely time today? Doing what? You might well ask. It’s sort of like that old joke: It’s a lovely day for the race. What race? The human race! Ba-boom!

So…did you? Have a lovely time that is? Doing what? You may insist again. The answer is…living! Simply living.

No? Well, what was the point of the day then? If you haven’t had a lovely time, at least even some of the time, the day has been wasted.

No matter how busy, no matter what your problems don’t let this day come to a close without enjoying something! The breeze on your face, a juicy orange, a chat with a friend, looking at a twinkling star, a long hot sudsy bath…something! Savour something! Enjoy something. Tell yourself - this… (whatever your treat is) is lovely!

And make yourself a promise that from this day on you will enjoy something, revel in something, do something nice, even the simplest thing so that you can say as you savour it – this is lovely!

Me? Today I went for a walk by the sea with a friend and drank hot chocolate while watching the seagulls dip and dive. “Ah…this is lovely,” we said.

Sending you love and light

ALL OF LIFE’S A CHOICE

By Teresa O’Driscoll

You can choose to do good instead of doing bad.

You can choose to be happy instead of being sad.

You can choose to laugh instead of getting mad.

And when the chips are really down: pray, pray, pray.

You can choose a little joy in each and every day.

You can choose to use your talents instead of frittering time away.

You can choose to see the bright side come what may.

And when things are looking really great: pray, pray, pray.

You can choose to cross your fingers and hope that all goes well.

You can choose to just ignore there is a heaven and a hell.

You can choose to turn a blind eye for only just so long.

And when you catch His whisper: pray, pray, pray.

You can choose to see a rainbow and a sunset and a star.

You can choose to be a victim not the hero that you are.

You can choose to truly live instead of existing where you are.

And when you need some help with that: pray, pray, pray.

Yes, life is full of choices; don’t choose once and stick – go on.

Keep on choosing wisely ignore the doubters and keep strong.

Dare to choose to dream, and follow it all the way.

And when you meet an obstacle just pray, pray, pray. []
